When you receive your order, please check it carefully to make sure all the pieces meet your expectations.
In case of return of the product, it is done within 7 days from the date of receipt.
For abroad, shipping costs the customer.
The reasons why you can return a product are:
- There is a construction defect.
- It’s a different product than the one you ordered.
- You can also return a product because you want to replace it with another. In this case only you will be charged with the cost of transporting your return.
For cases 1 and 2, if you do not want to replace the product with a manufacturing defect or the wrong product you received, you have the right to claim your money back, less shipping costs.
In any other case there is no refund.

As soon as we receive your return request, we will process it and the courier company will immediately come to the address you have stated to receive the product. You should know that if you do not inform us in one of the above ways, the return of your product will not be accepted by the courier company.
Prerequisites for the return of the product are the following: The product must be in its original condition, must not be used, must be in its original packaging and must always be accompanied by proof of purchase.
In case your product is deemed unsuitable to return to our warehouse (due to use or misuse) then it will be returned to you again.
