Who we are / Vision / Purpose
We follow the family tradition which begins in 1950 when my grandparents planted the first olives of Koroneiki variety on their estates in the villages of Faneromeni and Vori of the Municipality of Phaistos. This tradition was continued by my grandparents, my parents and for the last two years my husband and I now own 40 acres of olive groves.
Our vision and purpose is to continue the cultivation of olives traditionally and in environmentally friendly ways, without the use of pesticides that burden the ecosystem but with the same authentic taste and quality combining tradition with modern know-how.
Our goal is to offer our “liquid treasure“, our olive oil, which we produce with so much love and passion and we want it to reach your table. It is worth following the Cretan Diet based on olive oil and use it in both cooking and confectionery.
